SportsAid is an independent organisation and since its inception in 1975, it has played a special and significant role in the funding and development of British sporting talent. Through the help of individual donors, corporate partners and other grant-giving trusts, SportsAid is able to work with the National Governing Bodies of Sport to identify young athletes and help them to achieve their sporting potential. This intervention is often the difference between a talented athlete staying with their chosen sport or quitting, it's as simple as that. Since its foundation in 1976, SportsAid has distributed around £20 million and now gives 2,500 grants per year.

As a sponsor Howes Percival is involved in Sporting Luncheon Clubs that offer the chance for local business’ to meet in a social and relaxed environment while at the same time raising money for youngsters, with a sporting talent, in the local community. We help to organise three lunches a year and over the last three years have raised over £9,000.
