Details - Our National Employment is a full day event consisting of a seminar by Professor Ian Smith, former Professor of Law at the University of East Anglia and Editor of "Harvey on Industrial Relations and Employment Law", who will address delegates on recent employment law developments and on proposed changes that will come into effect over the next few years. This will be followed by a choice of interactive workshops presented by our employment law specialists on How to Conduct an Investigation; Absence Management; and Bullying & Harassment and Whistleblowing. Thereafter, we will provide delegates with a rare opportunity to see the Employment Tribunal system in practice with a Mock Tribunal based upon the workshop scenarios discussed earlier in the day. The day will give delegates the opportunity to share experiences and interact in small groups.
