Seminars
"Can I have a word?"
09/02/2012
We are delighted to announce that Employment Partner Graham Irons and Associate Simon deMaid will be delivering a practical workshop for HR professionals and managers to help employers navigate difficult conversations and changes in the workplace.

This workshop will focus on a number of common scenarios including performance management, a change to working practices/terms and conditions, bullying and the practical effect of the removal of the default retirement age. We will give delegates the chance to find solutions in small group discussions and to share experiences whilst we explain the legal backdrop and the latest cases which impact on these areas.

In addition, we are thrilled to be joined by David Palser, Senior Partner of One Performance Outcome which is a people performance improvement and organisational consultancy. David specialises in helping clients transform their businesses through strategic agility, transformation management, performance improvement, process efficiency and people development all of which will be explored during the workshop. He has worked with brands as diverse as the NHS, Transport for London, Centrica, Lexus and Mazda.
