Andrew Harris has been the training principal for the firm for the last 7 years. His main responsibilities are to ensure that current trainees are supervised by appropriately trained people, that the trainees maintain adequate training records and that they receive regular feedback and appraisals. He also ensures we recruit the best trainees for the future.
