Senior Solicitor, Justine Flack, has joined the new and growing Family Law Team at Howes Percival LLP in the East Midlands, working in their Leicester and Northampton Offices. Justine is accredited by the Law Society as a Family Law Solicitor.
Justine, a highly experienced family lawyer, is one of the first recruits to the new Family Law Team established in April 2010 with the arrival of nationally renowned lawyer Jane Cowley as a new Partner. The Team forms part of Howes Percival’s Private Client Group, which is planned to triple in size in the next 12 months to number 15 people. The next new recruit is expected to join in June.
Justine, who qualified as a solicitor in 1996, joins from a senior role at a major law firm in the West Midlands, and has relocated to Leicestershire for her new role. Justine said: “I am very pleased to be joining Howes Percival at a very exciting time for the practice and its new Family Law Team. I am also delighted to be living in Leicestershire, returning to my East Midlands roots.”
Jane Cowley, who was previously Partner and Head of Family Law at a major regional practice, said: “Justine is an excellent addition to our growing Team and a sign of our ambition to build a highly-skilled and specialised department.

The expertise of the Family Law Team includes matters relating to family businesses, trusts, offshore financial structures, farming businesses, property-related issues and pension arrangements. Highly skilled in their work with individuals and families, the team advises on a wide range of relationship and family concerns, including child residency and support, other dependents, divorce, and pre and post nuptial arrangements.
