Howes Percival Residential Conveyancing
Howes Percival Residential Conveyancing is the volume remortgage and conveyancing arm of Howes Percival, which deals with sales and purchases, remortgages and right to buy purchases. Established in 1975, the department has now completed approximately 250,000 matters since that time. In the past 30 years we have experienced outstanding growth, both in terms of number of staff and cases completed.
We complete around 800 remortgages and approximately 300 right to buys, and sales and purchases each month and have capacity for over 1500 completions per month.
